I. Gaining Larger Gangs
There is a referal system in place that allows players to increase the size of their gangs and bonuses in game based on the number of referals that they aquire. While referals aren't the only way to aquire gang members they will give you bonuses when fighting other gangs.
You will also be granted a 10 digit code. This code is what others must use to invite you to their gang.
II. Gaining Levels
There are 2 ways currently to alter Experience. These include attacking rival gangs and doing jobs for the gang.
Attacking Rival Gangs - by attacking rival gangs you will gain experience based on their level. If you win in a Gang battle you will take a % of their cash and gain experience. Although be aware that if you lose a fight you will lose cash as well.
Doing Jobs - will increase your experience by amounts based on the level of the job. Doing jobs you will always gain experience.
Random drugs - when doing jobs and using other features in the game you will randomly aquire drugs that can heal you or regen some of your stats.
III. Money and Income
Attacking Rival Gangs - when attacking a rival gang you have a chance of losing money if losing the fight or gaining money when winning the fight. If you murder a gang member you will recieve a higher percentage.
Doing Jobs - when doing jobs you will recieve payment for your work. These payments are reasonable for the actions performed, generally small pay.
There are many events that will occure behind the scenes that will increase your stats progressivly and goals that will be reached along with gaining fame and other stats that the community will have to figure out by playing.
